We have an opportunity for a highly skilled customer focused Administrator to join our busy Estates Team.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to all Estates related activities.
* Respond to all Helpdesk enquiries and log jobs.
* Serve as the first point of contact for the Estates Team on phone, email, and radio calls.
* Welcome contractors and support them around the site.
* Manage the lettings of College spaces for external customers.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills with all levels of staff, contractors, and lettings customers.
* Team player who is approachable and flexible within work.
* Desire to build upon the existing lettings portfolio.
