Meridian Business Support has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health or Registered Learning and Disability Nurse to join our client based in Nottingham to offer evidence-based nursing care, support, and advice to service users and their carers with mental health needs, in a multidisciplinary setting, whilst understanding and implementing the organisation's mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individualised, evidence-based nursing care to promote independence and social inclusion.
* Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships within Nursing and Midwifery Council guidelines.
* Oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
* Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health nursing.
* Ensure compliance with local and national policies and legislation.
Qualifications And Skills
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Strong understanding of mental health conditions and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
