Contract: Part Time
Salary: £21,168.00 OTE
Hours: 24 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for your working areas, ensuring equipment is fully operational and clean; report any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty at any time of the day.
* Attend any appropriate training courses required for your therapist grade to be able to offer all treatments a senior therapist should be offering.
* Liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc. to meet the ever‑changing needs of our guests. Flexibility and cooperation are required, including shift changes.
* Give professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events to promote available treatments.
* Provide ultimate client care to all guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
Shift Times
* Monday to Sunday – 10:00 to 19:00
* Monday to Sunday – 11:00 to 20:00
Weekends are worked alternately.

Qualifications & Experience
* L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy
* Preferably trained in either Clarins or Elemis
* Attention to detail and a passion to offer an unforgettable service to our guests
* Previous experience working for a luxury brand for 2+ years
* Be friendly, approachable and professional
