Legal Assistant – Residential Property Team Emsworth Salary dependent on experience The team at Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with a well-established client who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their busy conveyancing team, based at their Emsworth office. Main responsibilities: To provide support to the Residential Property team by providing competent and efficient conveyancing support assistance in the daily running of the busy department. Duties to include: • Open new files • Preparing and sending out quotes • Following up on quotes to convert/obtain feedback • Reviewing completed registration title documents • Reporting to clients and lenders following completion of registration • Update clients, estate agents and other solicitors on the progress of transactions • Tie up incoming post with client files, liaise with fee earner as to required tasks, deal with queries, agree action etc. Any other duties which may from time to time be reasonably requested Key Skills/Attributes: • Very organised and able to manage own work allocation • Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list • Detail orientated and accurate • Trustworthy and reliable • Self-motivated • Articulate and a good communicator • Client Confidentiality • Able to work in a team • Not afraid to ask questions/knowing when to ask for help when dealing with client/agent enquiries
