Role: Social Account Manager - Pharma
Location: London / Hybrid - Thursdays being one of those days
Role Description
We’re looking for a Social Account Manager, with experience in scientific B2B industries, preferably pharmaceutical / healthcare to oversee retained and project-based accounts that include social media (organic + paid), insights, project management, and social creative.
The work is agile and varied and you will be helping deliver social content that visually stands out and pushes the boundaries in innovation and performance.
Required skills, experience and competencies
The ideal candidate...
* has 3+ years Digital / Social Account Management experience within Pharma, Healthcare, or B2B marketing
* is hyper-organised with great attention to detail, ability to run and manage small-medium projects autonomously whilst working with multiple stakeholders
* enjoys coming up with new ideas and concepts for client social channels to keep feeds interesting and fresh
* confident in social copywriting for different platforms and audiences (especially B2B)
* is comfortable communicating with clients of different levels using verbal and written communication, including proposal writing and presentation of campaign ideas
* comfortable with communicating strategic-level initiatives with clients at all levels from around the world
* works well internally and has experience working with teams across strategy, social, creative, and insights
* is enthusiastic at work, interested in the pharmaceutical and health industries, and has a good understanding (or interest to understand) the marketing nuances required for these business types
* feels at ease working within a team environment on various projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines, and has proficient problem-solving skills
* has a deep level of understanding of all social platforms, innovations, and opportunities and has an interest in and exposure to digital technologies.
* is knowledgeable about creative formats within LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc
* has strong IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email etc
