On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Project Manager Officer on an initial 12-month contract. You will be responsible for supporting governance processes, preparing and coordinating meetings, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement. This position plays a vital part in providing senior leadership with actionable insights, robust reporting, and clear recommendations to strengthen procurement performance and supplier quality.

Pay: £33 per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Filton
Contract: Monday - Friday, 35 Hours per week - 12-month contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
Support the organization and preparation of PIA meetings and Steering Committees (Steercos).
Record, activate, and monitor action plans for PIAW internal governance.
Take meeting minutes and prepare executive reports summarizing procurement performance, risk exposure, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
Ensure executive reports are tailored to leadership needs with relevant KPIs, trends, and visualizations.
Support governance and preparation of PIAW JIPs under the guidance of JIP leaders.
Track key procurement metrics, including supplier performance on deliveries, quality, and costs.
Develop high-level dashboards and executive reports highlighting procurement performance, risk exposure, and strategic insights.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks in governance, processes, and reporting at PIA level.
Recommend improvements based on data analysis, trends, and best practices.
Support follow-up of audit outputs and risk assessments related to supplier status.
Essential & Desirable Skills:
Past experience in PMO, Supply Chain, Quality, VSM.
Knowledge in project management (structured approach).
Synthetic view to elaborate Executive Reporting and decision making preparation.
Ability to translate business problems into meaningful insights.
Fluent in English (French or Spanish are a plus).
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
