PURPOSE OF THE POST:
The Partnership & Project Manager is a key operational leadership role within TVA. The postholder will oversee the delivery of externally funded projects and provide oversight across TVA's four core pillars (Volunteering, Funding, Governance, Engagement). They will strengthen operational management, support staff, and ensure high-quality delivery.
The role also has a strong outward-facing focus, representing TVA within strategic and operational partnerships, developing strong collaborative relationships, and deputising for the CEO when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project & Operational Management
2. Line manages project staff, providing supervision, support, and performance oversight.
3. Ensure delivery plans, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and outcomes are in place for each project.
4. Coordinate reporting for funders, collating evidence and ensuring compliance with grant and contract requirements.
5. Troubleshoot delivery challenges, resolving issues promptly and escalating when needed.
6. Maintain oversight of budgets, working with the Finance Officer to manage spend profiles and forecasts.
7. Embed monitoring, evaluation, and learning into project delivery.
8. Partnership & Collaboration
9. Represent TVA at strategic and operational partnership meetings, acting as a key ambassador for the organisation.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities, health board, funders, and community organisations.
11. Act as a central point of contact for partnership engagement, ensuring TVA contributes effectively to joint priorities.
12. Contribute to reports and summaries that inform stakeholders and strengthen accountability.
13. Promote collaborative working across sectors, identifying opportunities for joint delivery or funding.
14. Support the CEO in developing new partnerships that strengthen TVA's role and sustainability.

Hours of Work: Thirty-seven hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,476.00 per year
