Key Responsibilities: * Support project teams in the development of factory infrastructure. * Assist in creating technical specifications for machinery, equipment, and building systems. * Collaborate with teams to prepare for equipment start-up and operational handover. * Train newly hired operators. * Prepare regular project reports (weekly/monthly). * Contribute to the growth and development of a newly forming team. Required Skills and Experience: * Experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and acceptance testing of machinery and equipment. * Familiarity with production machinery, pulping systems, chemical dosing, and overall process operations. * Ability to monitor production processes, analyse data, and identify process improvement opportunities. * Strong troubleshooting skills using root cause analysis methodologies. * Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. * Proficiency with SAP, SAGE, and Microsoft Office. * Flexibility to work in a dynamic, changing environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across multiple departments. * Experience in supporting product development, innovation, and project delivery timelines. Qualifications: * Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. * Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences. Working Conditions: * On-site work within a project environment on a major construction site. * Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as required
