£40,000 per annum
Lunch & Dinner service with a small, seasonal Mediterranean menu
Professional brigade of 7 chefs

Prime Kensington location
60+ covers at lunch, 20–30 at dinner
Set day off: Monday + one other
9:30pm typical finishing time
