Protocol Education is on the lookout for reliable, confident individuals to join our Cover Supervisor training programme in Worksop. Once trained, you’ll be placed in local secondary schools to help keep learning going when teachers are absent.
What does a Cover Supervisor do?
You’ll step into the classroom, follow the teacher’s plan, and keep the lesson running smoothly. No lesson planning, no marking—just helping students stay on task while keeping things calm and collected.
We’ll train you up with:
Behaviour management and classroom control
️ Safeguarding and school protocols
Emotional wellbeing techniques through our Thrive approach
Real-life scenarios to build confidence fast
You’d be a great fit if you:
✅ Communicate clearly and confidently
✅ Have a good sense of humour and a calm approach
✅ Are organised, reliable, and adaptable
✅ Have experience working with teens (formal or informal – sports, youth work, mentoring, etc.)
