What You’ll Need Level 3 Early Years (or equivalent) Experience working in a nursery or early years setting Leadership experience (or readiness to step into it) Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete training) What You’ll Do Lead and manage the day-to-day running of your nursery room Create a warm, inclusive environment that promotes learning through play and the EYFS. Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate activities Guide, mentor and support your team, ensuring consistent, high-quality practice. Build strong relationships with families, offering clear communication and a welcoming presence.
