Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Civils
Location: Northampton
Salary: circa £35,000

The Role:
* Monitor and manage project costs to ensure profitability
* Support procurement and material sourcing
* Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documents
* Maintain site records and track project progress
* Liaise with site teams and support paperwork submission
* Assist with subcontractor quotes, variations, and payments
* Work closely with our Senior QS and site teams
About You:
* Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineering
* Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar (or studying towards one)
* Practical, proactive mindset and team player attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills
