You'll lead a team, manage performance, and ensure all financial, administrative, and operational targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead the shift automation operations and team performance Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and inventory accuracy Manage staffing matters including absences, appraisals, and training Maintain up-to-date SOPs and drive process improvements Use data insights to make informed operational decisions Ensure all health & safety regulations are met Conduct team briefings and act as a communication link to leadership Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations for stock handling About You: ?
