A day in the life of…
As Leisure Club Supervisor, you will work with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have the perfect experience within our hotel. Team work is everything! You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose and serve with enthusiasm and you understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.
Based in the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will be a minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is preferable.
As this role is customer facing and of a supervisory nature, strong interpersonal skills are necessary, along with experience of working in a leisure club at a supervisory level.
