As the Executive Assistant to the President for Europe, you will be responsible for a varied scope of duties with the ultimate aim of providing an exemplary organized service and logistical support to the President. We are looking for a resourceful and dutiful EA to ensure a faultless administrative service so that the President can make the best use of their time.
This role can be offered on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from our European HQ in Erdington.
1. Partner with the President to develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of their activities and proactively plan the associated resources and support required.
2. Coordinate complex diary management and scheduling, ensuring necessary actions and resources are in place as needed.
3. Book travel and accommodation requests for the President and occasionally for other team members.
4. Produce and print documents and presentations for the President, including prioritizing legal documents requiring signatures.
5. Liaise with strategic partners to facilitate meetings, business actions, and updates.
6. Provide support to the EU Leadership Team, including organizing the weekly EULT meetings and tracking actions.
7. Take minutes in meetings and track actions.
8. Process expenses.
9. Identify opportunities for creating efficiencies within internal processes.
10. Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the President.
11. Maintain multiple streams of communication within a matrix, global corporate environment.
