THE PRODUCER ROLE AT BLACK KITE
As a Producer at Black Kite, you are responsible for delivering production excellence from pitch through to delivery. You bring a good working knowledge of the industry and a broad range of existing client relationships, and you are passionate about providing creative solutions to the most relevant content commissioners.

* Win and deliver exciting work
* Work with EPs/Heads of Production to execute sales strategy for new and existing clients
* Develop long‑term client relationships and repeat business
* Manage Ceta schedules efficiently
* Work with your team to pitch and bid on projects and execute high‑end creative treatments
* Deliver client feedback clearly and constructively to your team
* Deliver projects on time and on budget
* Client entertainment. Make your clients feel special.
* You are a brand ambassador for BLACK KITE – attend industry events and awards shows
WHY YOU?
* You have prior experience working in Production within Advertising VFX
* You have a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline and what it takes to deliver outstanding VFX work
* You have a range of existing clients
* You are motivated to develop new and lasting client relationships
* You have experience managing teams and projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
* You are solutions and detail orientated
* You have experience working with CETA or other industry standard software
* You are highly organised and are an excellent problem solver
* You are a skilled negotiator
* You are a great multi‑tasker, able to balance priorities effectively
* You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* You enjoy working in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment
