Sales Executive
Location: London / Strood, Kent / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
We are working with a well-established and growing fire & security specialist seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to focus on securing new maintenance contracts and developing long-term client partnerships.
This is a field-based role with regular client meetings across London, supported by time in the Strood (Kent) office and home working flexibility. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving recurring revenue growth through service and maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new fire & security maintenance contract opportunities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visits
Conduct site surveys to assess maintenance requirements
Prepare accurate, competitive service proposals and quotations
Develop and retain existing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities
Maintain an organised and active sales pipeline
Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Ensure proposals meet relevant compliance and industry standards
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reporting
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
Essential Skillset
Proven experience in fire & security sales (maintenance sales highly desirable)
Target-driven with a strong closing ability
Ability to interpret technical information and deliver compliant solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Package
£50,000 – £65,000 basic salary (higher level for candidates with security sales experience)
