Working with residents in the provision of personal care.
Completing all food and fluid charts and any other daily monitoring records as requested.
cleaning up spills immediately, promoting hand hygiene practices, ensuring the proper use of PPE, and adhering to infection control polices and procedures.
Ensuring the appropriate segregation of waste material.
Reporting any concerns, accidents, or unexplained injuries immediately to the nurse in charge.
Accurately recording and reporting essential information in the residents’ daily report and care plan.
Working with other health and social care professionals to provide holistic care.
