Job Description
3. Leading on complex ER casework end‑to‑end
4. Supporting a wide range of organisational change, including consultations, TUPE and structural re‑organisations
5. Managing union and collective consultation activity
6. Delivering policy updates, process improvements and HR project work
7. Preparing high‑quality presentations and materials for the Head of HR
8. Collaborating with resourcing and shared services
9. Engaging with both office‑based and site‑based teams (occasional site visits)
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong HRBP experience in a fast‑paced, operational environment
11. Confidence managing complex ER and change activity
12. Proven experience working with unions / collective consultation
13. Resilient, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
15. Oracle HR systems experience is beneficial
