Junior Charge Nurse Jubilee Hospital Band 6 An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced NMC registered full time Band 6 Junior Charge Nurse, based within Rothieden ward at the Jubilee Hospital Huntly. This is a full time post of 37 hours per week, shift pattern to be discussed at interview, ideally candidates should be able to offer flexibility around the shift pattern and needs of the service, working predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and public holiday working. Rothieden ward is currently an 18 bedded ward which has been recently refurbished. The ward has a dedicated palliative suite and day case room, and we cater for GP acute admissions and transfers from the acute sector to facilitate ongoing care and rehabilitation needs. Applicants for this post must have at least 3 years previous experience within the acute and community setting based within NHS Grampian, and match the desirable qualities of the person specification. The successful candidate must have a confident approach to team working, be passionate for the Job role, team development and most importantly enhancing the patient’s journey and experience while ensuring patient centred care is being achieved whilst in the ward. The successful candidate must be able to obtain close working relationships within an already established team; ensuring support and effective communication with the SCN, nursing and other allied health professionals within the ward, and hospital site.
