Key Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders from the UK and Ireland Coordinate transport bookings (road, rail, sea) using your Italian language skills Communicate with 3rd party logistics providers Handle customs and clearance documentation (full training provided) Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers in both Italian and English What We’re Looking For: Fluent in both Italian and English (spoken and written) Confident administrator with good attention to detail Excellent communication and organisation skills Positive attitude and a willingness to learn Interest in working in an international, office-based role Why Apply?
