Description
As Senior HR BP, you will be responsible for:
Partner with senior leaders to deliver business priorities and shape the people agenda.
Lead and coach the HR team to provide a high‑value, practical HR service.
Drive talent, performance, succession, and development activity across the business.
Ensure accurate HR insights and data are available to support informed decision‑making.
Lead HR projects and negotiation activity, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture with strong ER support and guidance.
Share best practice and work collaboratively across the wider HR network.
Build strong relationships at all levels to enable change and continuous improvement.
Profile
The successful candidate will;
Have a proven track record operating at a strategic senior level within HR
CIPD qualified
5+ years' experience in a unionised environment
Proven track record leading TU negotiations, pay awards, and T&Cs reviews
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience delivering change management initiatives
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels
Experience managing resourcing activity across all levelsJob Offer
