3rd Line IT Support Engineer (MSP)

This role is working directly for an MSP & telecoms service provider, and they are in a continued stage of growth. They are well funded are constantly winning new contracts with both the private and public sector.
These are an exciting company with 250+ headcount and offices all over the world. They work across both public and private sectors, supplying connectivity, communication and managed IT solutions to a range of organisations within the maritime, defence and commercial sectors.
Youll be joining the systems management team of 3, all customer facing engineers, who provide hands on technical support, administration and management of the customer managed IT. Around 50% of this role will be ticket resolution, likewise the other 50% will be project work, but this is a fluid environment, so you dont have set times for this.
