About the Role
Morson are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence company to join the Internal Communications team in Warton. This role will sit within the Change and Engagement workstream of the Spartan Programme, supporting the delivery of high-impact communications that inform, inspire and guide colleagues through transformation.
Working closely with the Spartan Communications Lead, you will help manage and deliver the programme's communications and engagement approach across the business. Your work will ensure colleagues receive clear, timely and engaging messaging that supports them through organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the development and delivery of communications and engagement plans for the Spartan transformation programme.
2. Partner with programme leads and act as a trusted communications advisor to achieve aligned programme objectives and business strategy.
3. Develop and deliver engaging change communications solutions that maintain high levels of colleague engagement throughout the programme lifecycle.
