<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>As a Photographer, you will support military training and key events with high‑quality photographic and video content. You’ll capture impactful moments, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage tasks and workflows.</p><ul><li>Capture photographs and video across training, events, and official engagements</li><li>Support recruit training activities, including group photography and graduation events</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver visual media aligned to operational requirements</li><li>Manage photographic tasks, workflows, and priorities within the department</li><li>Maintain photographic standards, equipment, and performance data in line with team objectives</li><li>Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of photography principles and equipment</li><li>Apply video capture and editing skills using relevant software</li><li>Work effectively in structured or regulated environments</li><li>Show understanding of working within a military or similar environment</li><li>Manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines</li></ul><h3>Working Conditions</h3><p>This full‑time role is based at RAF Halton, Buckinghamshire – 39 hours per week (Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 09:00‑16:00).
