The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager based in the UK to help expand eShepherd across the Europe region. This role combines strategic growth with hands-on engagement.
What You’ll Do
* Drive adoption of eShepherd™ across the UK and Europe - turn interest into action
* Build strong relationships with farmers and industry partners
* Convert leads into loyal customers and grow revenue
* Shape go-to-market strategies and support pilot programs
* Gather insights to improve product and customer experience
In Your First Months You’ll
* Engage early adopters and champion their success
* Help launch market entry plans and scale awareness
* Turn pilot projects into long-term partnerships
* Represent eShepherd at key AgTech events
What We’re Looking For
* Strong interest or experience in AgTech or livestock farming
* Background in business development or customer-facing roles
* Fluency in English + one other European language (additional languages a plus)
* Confident communicator and proactive collaborator
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
* Degree in Agriculture, Business, or Marketing is a plus
