Job Title: File Auditor - Insurance

Position Description
The File Auditor’s primary focus is to make sure that all staff within the Company, Company Network and Appointed Representatives work within regulatory guidelines and best practices set out by the FCA and that support is provided to everyone
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Completes all audits on every area of the business
* Creates reports as feedback enabling compliance to be filtered through to all parts
* Create processes to make sure the customer journey is as smooth as possible
* Other duties as assigned from time to time
* Manage expressions of dissatisfaction and complaints before they have to be escalated.
People Management:
* Lead by example
* Support colleagues in building relationships with the brokers encouraging open, regular meetings.
Business/Professional Requirements:
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
* Experience working within a regulated environment and with full understanding of the principles of TCF and Insurance Practice
