The role will cover Commercial, HR, and Facilities legal functions and will involve both internal legal management and collaboration with external counsel as needed.
Please note: The role requires 5 days in-office from their West London location. After the probation period, this will reduce to 4 days in-office per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts
* Advise on commercial transactions, risk management, and compliance
* Handle employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and HR policies
* Manage property-related legal issues and regulatory compliance
* Serve as primary legal resource and oversee external counsel relationships
* Implement cost-effective legal solutions and risk management strategies
Essential Requirements
* UK-qualified solicitor with 5-8 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong background in commercial law and employment law
* US law experience essential
* International experience is a plus
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
