Salary: MPS-UPS + TLR (depending on experience)

Assistant Principal - The Role:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction across key areas of school improvement.
* Support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in delivering the school's vision and values.
* Lead on curriculum development, teaching and learning, or pastoral care (depending on experience and strengths).
* Monitor, evaluate, and drive improvements in academic performance and student outcomes.
* Inspire, motivate, and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
* Ensure high standards of behaviour, inclusion, and safeguarding are upheld across the school.
Assistant Principal - The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS and has substantial teaching experience within a secondary setting.
* Has a proven track record of successful leadership and whole-school impact.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* Has the ability to inspire both staff and students, modelling excellence in practice.
* Is strategic, reflective, and passionate about inclusive, high-quality education for all learners.
* Is committed to continuous professional development and whole-school improvement.
