💰 £100,000 – £150,000 (DoE) + Bonus (Paid Quarterly Up To 25% of salary ) + Car/Allowance + Pension, Medical, Life Cover + Holidays
We’re partnering with a global leader in façade products, fire protection films, and construction tapes — a company with a reputation for quality, innovation, and technical excellence across Europe.
As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they’re looking for a Sales Director to take full commercial ownership of the UK & Ireland.
🚀 The Role
* Office-based at HQ in Worcestershire – working closely with the board and your sales & marketing team
* Develop and execute a UK&I sales strategy aligned with company growth plans
* Lead and manage a high-performing, established sales team
* Drive new business development, specification sales, client growth & account management
* Expand relationships with key architects, consultants, developers & contractors
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development & operations to align commercial goals
✅ About You
* A proven Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader with experience in construction products or building materials
* Must have strong team leadership & man-management experience – you’ll be guiding and motivating an already high-performing team
* Must have experience of developing and delivering a Sales & Marketing strategy
* Deep understanding of the construction supply chain & specification process
* Strategic thinker who’s also commercially hands-on
* Comfortable engaging at Board and C-suite level
* Reside within a daily commute of Worcestershire
