About the role
An ideal opportunity has arisen for an individual who is seeking a career in HR.
The People and Organisation Service is looking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Assistant. The post holder will provide support and assistance to managers, headteachers, governors and staff on a range of HR matters. The successful applicant will provide advice and support on a range of HR issues to Head Teachers, School Governors and Corporate Staff e.g. safe recruitment, redundancy, disciplinary matters, grievance, job evaluation, teachers’ pay, maternity and paternity.
We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, that can present information clearly and succinctly and is able to apply problem solving skills in order to be able to find responses to issues that arise in services/schools.
