We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Science Teacher to join a specialist educational setting supporting young people who have experienced trauma and significant challenges in their lives. This role is about far more than delivering the curriculum - it is about creating safety, rebuilding trust, and helping students rediscover their potential. Many of our students have struggled in mainstream education due to adverse experiences. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing predictable structure, clear boundaries, and trauma-informed support, enabling students to re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful progress in science.
