Dental Practice Manager - Mixed Practice
Pay:£38,000-£45,000
Location: South London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our well-established mixed dental practice. With seven modern surgeries and a highly skilled clinical and administrative team, we are looking for a confident leader to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy mixed practice
* Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of 30 staff members
* Ensure compliance with CQC and health & safety regulations
* Manage staff rotas, HR matters, patient experience, and operational efficiency
* Work closely with clinicians to maintain smooth workflow and exceptional standards of care
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a dental practice manager
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage a large team in a high-volume practice
* Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approach
Hours and Salary:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays required)
* Competitive salary: £38,000-£45,000, dependent on experience
