One Property Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing property management company in Exeter in search for a Lettings Manager to manage a team of 2 lettings negotiators' whilst handling all front-end lettings matters. Our client has over £1,000,000 in turnover each year and have seen 30% growth from the previous financial year as they continue to grow to the team and portfolio. They have a company car available for use and offer clear scope for career progression with regular salary increases along the way. We're keen to speak with those who're enjoy a busy schedule and are keen to be part of a growing business who have a huge presence in the local market. In this role you will report into the property director and you'll be expected to conduct performance reviews, hold 1 to 1's and assist with recruitment needs.
Role Requirements
Managing a team of 2 lettings negotiators
Handling all aspects of the 'front-end' lettings process
Being the main point of escalation for any complex issues
Holding monthly 1 to 1's with your team
Contributing to wider business discussions regarding growth of the portfolio
Managing viewings, contracts, referencing and compliance

£35,000 salary

Qualifications And Skills Needed
3+ years' experience in lettings
Full UK Driving License
Customer service focused
Excellent time management and people skills
