This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer-focused service delivery. Responsibilities include providing technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure, incident management, and onsite equipment installations across EMCCA sites. The ideal candidate will have proven 2nd line support experience, strong operating system knowledge, and a relevant technical qualification. A UK driving licence is desirable.
