Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Graphic Designer for a hands-on creative role. You will be instrumental in developing the entire Brand Identity system for a prestigious new automotive brand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual language of a brand from the ground up, ensuring its coherence and impact across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and develop core aspects of the Brand Identity, including symbolism, typography, iconography, colour palettes, grid systems, and layout principles.
* Explore and create extractions and patterns from core brand elements for application across a wide range of brand experiences.
* Support the development and establishment of foundational principles for typography.
* Create the visual foundation and language for iconography systems.
* Ensure visual harmony and consistency across all elements of the Brand Identity system.
* Work collaboratively with Brand Programme Managers to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality.
* Work closely with designers from other disciplines, such as Motion, HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and Spatial Design, to ensure a unified brand expression.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* CVs without these skills will be rejected.
* Excellent graphic design skills honed in a fast-paced agency and/or corporate environment.
* Proven ability to work proactively and at pace across multiple, concurrent aspects of a Brand Identity project.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate high-level design visions and principles into tangible, high-fidelity proposals.
* Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard 2D design software:
Adobe Creative Suite
and
Figma
.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A collaborative spirit with experience working seamlessly with multidisciplinary design teams.
