About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to oversee the kitchen of an international client, who has a passion for food. This is a fast-paced, Business & Industry site with extensive hospitality where culinary excellence meets innovation and precision. As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from modern, high-end staff dining to bespoke hospitality and VIP events. You’ll be responsible for menu development, team leadership, operational excellence, and upholding the highest levels of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a talented kitchen brigade, inspiring and mentoring to achieve excellence daily.
* Design and deliver seasonal, globally inspired menus using fresh, sustainable ingredients.
* Ensure flawless execution of VIP events and executive hospitality.
* Maintain rigorous food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards.
* Build strong client relationships, adapting to diverse cultural and dietary expectations.
* Manage stock, food costs, and kitchen budgets efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-end corporate, hotel, or fine dining environments.
* Passion for international cuisine and contemporary presentation.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A positive, proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
* Relevant culinary qualifications and advanced food hygiene certification.
