NHS is seeking a committed Health Visitor in Widnes to join the integrated 019 Service. You will support families, assess health needs, and promote health and wellbeing through compassionate care. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on children's lives during their early years.
The successful candidate will lead the Healthy Child Programme, complete holistic assessments, and work closely with community partners to ensure children get the right support. You must be a Registered Nurse and hold a Community Specialist Practitioner qualification.
