About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, proactiveHousehold Waste Recycling Advisorto join our team at a busy recycling centre. In this customer-facing role, you will support members of the public with safe and efficient disposal of their household waste while helping maintain a clean, organised and environmentally responsible site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to visitors using the recycling centre
2. Travel between recycling centre sites (Driving licence required)
3. Advise residents on correct waste disposal and recycling procedures
4. Assist customers in directing materials to the correct containers
5. Maintain site cleanliness, tidiness and safety at all times
6. Monitor recycling bays and ensure waste is segregated correctly
7. Support the safe movement of vehicles and visitors around the site
