About the Role
As a SEND Teacher, you’ll work with small groups of students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and other additional needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences. You’ll be part of a caring, collaborative team that truly values inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Your Key Responsibilities
5. Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
6. Support students with a range of SEND needs
7. Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment
8. Implement and track EHCP targets
9. Work closely with teaching assistants and specialist teams
10. Use creative strategies to build confidence, resilience and independence
11. Monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly
12. Communicate with parents, carers and professionals
