We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM to join our dynamic marketing team.The ideal candidate will be the primary day to-day execution leader of the SMS Highway Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing tactics against a clearly defined marketing strategy, of which you will be a major contributor, in a manner that accelerates the company's growth goals. This position is responsible for assisting in the building and launching of marketing campaigns to achieve the company objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and brand visibility while ensuring a consistent brand promise is communicated to the market. This professional will bring proven experience leading B2B marketing efforts in a fast-paced, scaling environment and will have a commitment to generate revenue through all marketing efforts. They will have deep expertise in digital, brand, marketing analytics and social media marketing (primarily LinkedIn). This is a roll up your sleeves position whilst maintaining close proximity to the overarching strategy at all times.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the company's marketing and overall strategy, voicing opinion based on solid Marketing and B2B expertise.
* Execute the Company's tactical marketing plan and to help strengthen market position and achieve revenue goals.
* Ensure the marketing tactics are cohesive to launch and increase brand awareness, demand generation, cross-sell, and customer acquisition.
* Work cross-functionally with other business experts such as sales in the development of marketing content.
* Develop and implement persona-based marketing campaigns that increase demand and achieve customer growth goals.
* Ensure all messaging and content is persona-based and on brand to consistently optimize competitive position.
* Develop marketing benchmark criteria and KPls to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
* Track marketing function goals and metrics and recommend adjustments to tactics and strategies as needed.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track marketing KPIs such as lead conversion, campaign performance, and ROI.
* Execute digital marketing, social, media buy, field marketing, events, and product marketing.
* Direct experience optimizing websites for SEO.
* Help identify additional marketing strategies to amplify the Company's online presence, including website enhancements.
* Assist in conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for company growth.
* Create efficiencies through developing and refining marketing procedures.
* Partner with agency(s) on the design and execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
* 5+ years minimum experience (in a predominantly B2B, ABM role)
* Extensive B2B ABM experience (hands-on management of email/social etc) using SFMC, ideally in a technology sales field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent multitasking, flexibility and project management skills
* SME background is desirable
* Graphic design skills an advantage, especially production of high-quality White Paper documents/Infographics/Impactful Powerpoint presentations
* Experience with B2B media buying and advertising is desirable
* Experience with Salesforce CRM - reports, dashboards, and workflows
* Experience of event management will be advantageous
* Data driven marketer able to provide/ manage reporting capabilities (for marketing activity, NOT wider business)
* Appreciation of AI developments an ability to identify and implement strategies accordingly to optimise marketing acquisition and workflows
* Experience of generating opt-ins a significant advantage
