Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an £85M new build campus. Your expertise will help enhance value for money while maintaining our high-quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to manage costs, mitigate risks, and ensure precise financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, focusing on financial excellence across projects. Your daily tasks will include:
* Managing payment applications from subcontractors and preparing client payment applications.
* Monitoring expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation reports.
* Preparing final accounts and collaborating with stakeholders.
* Contributing to the collation and reporting of commercial information.
* Building positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You have experience in a tier 1 main contractor environment.
* You possess strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and project commercial management.
* You’re skilled in CVR reporting and financial analysis.
* You enjoy collaborative working and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* You hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
