Operate, maintain, and confidently work with glazing equipment
- MEI experience highly desirable but not essential Tackle specialist, complex work (rimless, wrap, drill-mounted, high-curve) with skill and confidence Lead by example in quality control and uphold our commitment to craftsmanship Work closely with the wider team to keep production efficient, positive, and collaborative Bring ideas, creativity, and energy to our continuous improvement efforts Help maintain the fun, friendly culture that makes Optimum RX such a great place to work. xjlbheb
Who You Are Experienced in ophthalmic glazing with excellent technical skills Positive, approachable, and a team player Excited by innovation and new ways of working Comfortable with glazing machinery
