Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Salary: Up to £15 including service charge
Job Type: Full-time after 12 weeks

Our kitchen is fast-paced, high-quality, and built on teamwork and we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to help keep it running smoothly.
As Kitchen Porter, you'll play a key part in supporting the kitchen team by keeping everything clean, organised, and ready for service. It's a physical role that requires energy, focus, and a can-do attitude, and it's a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in hospitality.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, including dishes, equipment, and floors.
Support chefs with basic prep and kitchen organisation as required.
Manage waste and recycling in line with site procedures.
Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards are upheld.
Be a positive, helpful presence in the kitchen at all times.
Previous experience in a professional kitchen is helpful, but not essential.
A good level of spoken English and understanding of food safety basics.
