Corporate Lawyer (NQ)
Maidenhead | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid working
We’re working with a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm with a strong presence across the Thames Valley, currently entering an exciting phase of strategic growth within its Corporate team.
This is a standout opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious Business Team covering Corporate, Commercial and Employment matters, offering exposure to high-quality transactional work from day one alongside experienced senior lawyers.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with a diverse client base including business owners, SMEs, entrepreneurs and established corporates across sectors such as IT, technology, life sciences and professional services.
The role offers a broad and high-calibre corporate caseload, including:
* M&A (acquisitions and disposals)
* Management buyouts and founder exits
* Private equity and early-stage investments
* Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
* Group restructures and reorganisations
* Corporate governance and advisory matters
* Partnership agreements and share incentive schemes
You’ll take early responsibility for managing your own matters, while supporting senior lawyers on more complex and high-value transactions. The role is designed to build both technical depth and commercial awareness in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
As the team continues to expand, there is genuine scope for progression, increased autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape your own development path within a growing Corporate practice.
You’ll also be actively involved in business development, supporting client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the wider team.
