About the Role As a SharePoint Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for all things SharePoint Online. You'll manage ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users across our SharePoint portals and document libraries. Your work will directly impact how our teams collaborate, share knowledge, and stay productive. Note that to qualify for this role, you must be SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance. What You'll Do Resolve SharePoint-related incidents including permissions, workflows, and bespoke solutions Support users with document libraries, metadata, versioning, and access issues Troubleshoot Power Automate flows and Microsoft Teams integrations Escalate complex issues to architects with detailed analysis Maintain SOPs and contribute to a growing knowledge base Deliver user training and promote SharePoint best practices Collaborate with developers to improve system design and usability Ensure compliance with governance and security standards What You Bring Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and permissions Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Familiarity with Power Automate, PowerShell, and Microsoft Teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment Awareness of Microsoft 365 governance and data security principles Soft Skills That Shine Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude Clear and confident communicator Detail-oriented and analytical Collaborative team player Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
