Trainee Installer – Dartford - £26, 200 per year + Overtime

We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone mechanically minded with a practical background, looking to develop a long-term career in a specialist electro-mechanical field.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working as part of a 2-person team, you’ll assist a qualified Installation Engineer with the installation, servicing, and breakdown repair of our homelifts in customer homes.
* Delivering excellent customer service while working respectfully and professionally in our customers’ homes.
* Following detailed instructions and company procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work.
* Carrying out weekly vehicle checks on your company vehicle, managing tools and van stock, and ensuring all job-related paperwork and digital reports are completed accurately.
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Hands-on, practical experience in a field-based or trade role (e.g. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, or maintenance).
* Mechanically minded, with the ability to use tools and problem-solve on the job.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude toward customers.
* A team player who’s reliable, eager to learn, and can follow instructions carefully.
