Multi-skilled Engineer - NightsCorbyA highly reputable and well-invested FMCG manufacturer based in Corby is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their night shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced production environment with strong investment in both people and equipment.The RoleAs a Night Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment during night operations. Working 12-hour shifts, you'll play a critical role in keeping downtime to a minimum and ensuring production targets are consistently met.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectivelySupporting production teams with breakdown resolution and equipment optimisationWorking on a range of automated FMCG production and packaging machineryDriving continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the siteCompleting accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance standards are metMaintaining high standards of health, safety, and food safety at all timesAbout YouYou will be a skilled and proactive engineer with strong multi-skilled capability and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
