What you will do
* Conduct assessments of patients to evaluate their needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

* Coordinate patient discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions from the hospital to home or other care settings.
* Manage and prescribe complex manual handling equipment, ensuring patients’ safety and comfort.

* Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with NHS standards.
Requirements
* HCPC Registration: Must hold a valid HCPC registration.
* Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
* Experience: Expertise in acute Occupational Therapy, patient assessment, rehabilitation, and discharge within a UK NHS hospital setting.
* Specialist Knowledge: Experience managing complex manual handling equipment within hospital environments.
