1X2 Network, the multi-award winning iGaming supplier, is looking for an Office Administrative Support. Reporting to the management team, this is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding B2B software company.

About 1X2 Network

1X2 Network has pioneered iGaming development for over 2 decades and now encompasses a number of game development studio subsidiaries. We supply a broad array of over 750 games to Casino operators worldwide. Across its studios, 1X2 produces a variety of games; including slots, table games, virtual sports and non-traditional gaming experiences.

Our team at 1X2 develops and distributes games to over 250 casinos around the world- including a wide range of household brands such as William Hill and BetVictor, alongside the iGaming industry\'s largest content aggregators Entain, Games Global and BetConstruct.

1X2 HQ is based in Brighton UK, with further office locations in Shenfield and Malta; as well as remote employees around the world.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office & Administrative Support to help keep our team running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a wide range of admin, finance, and office tasks freeing up our team to focus on the bigger picture.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of the team, keeping the wheels turning and making sure things get done.

Responsibilities

* Day-to-day office admin: scanning, filing, and document handling
* Supporting compliance and finance admin tasks (receipts, basic bookkeeping, etc.)
* Managing meeting room bookings, greeting visitors, and general office support
* Coordinating travel bookings (working alongside our travel coordinator)
* Helping with ad hoc HR/recruitment admin when needed
* Jumping in to get things done across the business as required

Required Experience

* Organised and detail-oriented, with a “get it done” attitude
* Confident juggling different tasks and priorities
* Tech savvy with everyday office software
* Friendly and approachable, great with people
* Reliable and proactive - someone who spots what needs doing and does it

The Details

* Office based role (no remote working)
* Ideally 5 days per week (9:30am - 3:00pm), but flexible (minimum 4 days)
* Flexible working hours to fit around school runs, etc.
